How to get transportation to your vaccine appointments

You can use True to Care service for non-emergency medical transport for appointments like vaccinations, including for COVID-19, anywhere in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Call as and we will and arrange transportation that meets your mobility needs. We will need to know: your full pick-up address, the location of your vaccine appointment, your exact appointment date and time and what kind of equipment / mobility issue you have. You can use our vans for ambulatory or wheelchair transport to get any place in Maricopa County, Arizona, and all over the valley.

We cover roundtrip transportation to any vaccination site including pharmacies, mass vaccination clinics, and drive-through clinics. True to care offers transportation 24 hours 7 days a week with recurring multiple rides scheduled ahead of time being discounted based on frequency. We offer 15 minutes free of charge waiting time! After 15 minutes there will be a fee applied for the waiting, which will be discussed ahead of time.

Our priority is your safety – True to Care drivers are trained to assist you to and from appointments if needed/required. They are also CPR and PASS certified, defensive driving certified, hospice sensitivity certified, drug tested and background checked.

Considering the COVID-19 issues we took measures to avoid infections: our drivers are fully vaccinated and being screened daily based on the guidelines provided by the CDC (Pre-shift temperature check, respiratory check, and questionnaire looking for other signs and symptoms). Our staff has been trained on proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program). All the equipment in the van is sanitized and wiped down after each ride.

If you are looking for the safest and most convenient way to travel around with your wheelchair or any other mobility device, you should consider booking an True to Care non-emergency medical transport ride in advance.
