From nursing home to destination
We provide “door through door” service – our drivers come all the way to your room, to your chair or bed. They transfer you to the wheelchair or stretcher, if necessary, and take you to the van. Out staff make sure you are safely secured in the van, and then drive you to your destination, where your team will professionally disembark you from the vehicle, take you inside, and get you checked in and settled.
And back again
The driver will give you a card to call when you are ready for pickup. We do our best to estimate the time when you’ll be ready so we can be nearby, but once you call our staff will arrive shortly, will secure you in the van once more, and deliver you right back to your facility, chair, or bed.
Regular patient rides
One of our rules is that recurring multiple rides scheduled ahead of time are discounted based on frequency. If you have a regular treatment schedule, we will work with you to arrange your regular transportation to your ongoing treatment and back home once it’s finished. We offer 15 minutes free of charge waiting time! After 15 minutes there will be a fee applied for the waiting, which will be discussed ahead of time.
