True to Care is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company operating 24/7 in cities of Phoenix, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and Sun City, Arizona, and all over the valley fully licensed and insured. We maintains a fleet of ADA compliant mini-vans, each equipped with everything needed to ensure a safe and comfortable ride. Our mission

True to care is dedicated to providing our community with friendly customer service, professional drivers and reliable, on-time transportation, everywhere in Maricopa County, Arizona. We value our customers, therefore we strive to go the extra mile in providing a comfortable, safe, and timely ride to and from any appointments they may have.

When they need transportation to multiple locations on the same day we offer 15 minutes free of charge waiting time. After 15 minutes there will be a fee applied for the waiting, which will be discussed ahead of time.

True to care reservations

Our technology allows our customers to make a NEMT mobility request online, securely from a computer or mobile device. You can also call us day or night and speak to one of our professional and courteous customer service representatives. For best availability, please call at least 24 hours in advance. In addition, our drivers and vehicles are always available to serve your transportation needs.

True to Care Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

Many of our customers use wheelchairs to aid in mobility, and we accommodates standard, bariatric, electric wheelchairs & scooters. Others customers may use a walker, crutches, cane, or even be confined to a stretcher. Oxygen is supplied in vehicles when necessary. For each person we provide the personal care needed to reach their destination safely – our drivers are CPR and PASS certified, defensive driving and hospice sensitivity certified, drug tested and background checked.
