What To Expect

When in comes to NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) there is more to expect and prepare for than the ride itself. Below is an outline of what to expect and answers to any questions you might have prior to your ride!

Preparing for the ride.

In order to make sure that everything is ready for your ride, we will verify a series of questions. We will ask if there is any need for oxygen cylinders, a wheelchair, or a stretcher.

Please let us know if there is any special assistance that you require. We will verify your pick up time with the appointment time in order to arrive at your appointments with no delay.

Before the ride.

Before we get on the road we want to make sure that everything is ready to begin our journey. If you need any assistance walking to the car and getting in the car, just let our drivers know and they will be more than happy to help.

Please be patient as our drivers verify that your seatbelt is on and the wheelchair is secured. Make sure to have all your belongings and paperwork for the appointment ready.

During the ride.

We hope your experience riding with us will be a pleasant one! We provide any music of your choice to listen to, conversation, or quiet time. Let our drivers know if you need a bottle of water, mask, or hand sanitizer.

Our drivers are Defensive Driving Certified so don’t worry about the ride, they will get you safely and comfortably from one place to another.

Arriving at destination

Arriving at destination is always safely and on time. We will verify that you are at your appointment location and we will assist you to your appointment if needed before we are on our way.

If you need transportation to multiple locations on the same day our staff will be waiting for you each time.
