You booked a ride for a specific place and time and the person you are going to meed changed place or time? This shouldn’t be an issue if there is time for us to take measures. Anyway, call us as soon as you can, explain why you are changing your ride and set up the new pickup time and the new destination.

If you need transportation to multiple locations on the same day some things may change because of changing one appointment. We still offer 15 minutes free of charge waiting time, after those 15 minutes there will be a fee applied for the waiting. The details will be discussed ahead of time, during your call.

What should you do if, from one reason or another, your ride does not show up? Call the number you used to set up your ride, we are here to find out what has happened and to help you in any way we can. If necessary, call the person you were supposed to meed and explain it to him / her.
