To ensure the safety of passengers, a very important issue for us, True to Care must meet a range of important Arizona requirements. We have a fleet of recent model, top-of-the-line, well equipped mini-vans, with heavy duty wheelchair hoists that can accommodate standard or oversized, bariatric, electric wheelchairs and scooters. Our wheelchair tie-down systems are used to secure the wheelchair firmly to the floor of the vehicle while our drivers must complete drug screening periodically, they are CPR certified, defensive driving and hospice sensitivity certified, PASS certified and background checked.

Also, when you get to destination our drivers will help you get out of the vehicle and get into the building safe. They will be your attendant throughout your appointment, if requested. We offer 15 minutes free of charge waiting time. After 15 minutes there will be a fee applied for the waiting, which will be discussed ahead of time.
